Warranty Information

12-Month Warranty

All Phone Medics parts carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This covers replacement or refund at our discretion.

What's Covered

• Display defects (dead pixels, touch failure, brightness issues)
• Battery capacity below 80% within warranty period
• Charging port and flex cable failures under normal use

What's Not Covered

• Physical damage from drops, liquid, or improper installation
• Normal wear and tear
• Parts installed with non-approved adhesives or tools

Warranty Claims

Email phonemedicsshop@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the defect, and a brief description. Approved claims receive a replacement shipped within 1–2 business days.
